Responsibilities

In this role, you'll support economic growth in rural areas by deploying hydroponic systems that generate income for communities. You'll work closely with cooperatives, youth groups, and NGOs to ensure these systems are accessible, productive, and scalable. A key focus will be on transferring knowledge through hands-on training, enabling long-term self-sufficiency. You’ll also help track impact metrics to optimize deployment strategies for greater economic resilience.

Requirements

• Experience in rural development, agricultural engineering, or community-based initiatives
• Ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
• Passion for social entrepreneurship and impact-first projects
• Understanding of income-generating models in the agri-tech sector
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work with diverse communities
• Fluency in Arabic or French is a plus; English for reporting and documentation
